An easy peasy 8-minute homemade blueberry jam: super duper heathy and tasty. Ingredients: blueberry, lemon juice/zest, brown sugar and cinnamon powder. Cook all Ingredients in one frying pan. Medium to low-heat. Stir and let boil until reduced. Chanifit tips: Only add small amount of high quality brown sugar, because I like my blueberry jam tastes a bit sour and don't want to consume too many extra calories when I indulge myself in this precious.

市售果醬大部份都太甜不太配合我的味蕾(披著Dior外套的魔鬼卡路里招手中... 邪惡又難以抗拒),有時吃到超好吃的市售手工果醬,價格卻又貴得驚人。那我就來自己做吧!沒想到這麼簡單又快速,寶寶驚呆了;p  除了搭配麵包,更可以拿來入菜和調製飲料,現做現吃,你一定也要試試看。

食材
藍莓/檸檬皮/檸檬汁/沖繩黑糖/肉桂粉

1. 藍莓、檸檬皮和檸檬汁放入平底鍋加熱。中小火,藍莓軟化後,輕輕壓成果泥。我喜歡有口感的果醬,所以會刻意保留少許完整的藍莓顆粒。
2. 加入少許黑糖和肉桂粉,小火煮至果醬濃稠。放涼後,就可以享用。
