盡量挑選當季當地生產的水果和蔬菜,是我選購食材上的基本原則。我喜歡早餐盤是色彩豐富的,讓濃醇的黑咖啡做結尾,其他就沒有什麼料理限制,偶而我也愛吃甜味早餐。至於調味料,鹽和黑胡椒就夠用,吃到食材的原味最好。
