人總要有些狂熱喜愛的小事物,去感覺活著真美好。除了麂皮高跟鞋、古董洋裝和真皮拳套外,霜凍優格就是我一年四季隨手可得的狂熱小事物。但是,除了每次從那些精美的果霜小店出來時,荷包都瘦了好大一圈外(腰圍同時隱約胖好大一圈...),心裡總有個疑問,“這樣的甜度應該添加了不少糖分吧?!”(不願面對真相的大驚)

一直以來,我的早餐總是少不了自製果昔,就在前幾天陽光煦煦的下午,想著也許我可以將果昔做一些變化。voila .... 不需要冰淇淋機器也可以製作的健康低卡霜凍優格完成了!!

食材
無糖希臘優格/香蕉/奇異果(水果須先冷凍)/菠菜/酪梨/Manuka蜂蜜/胡桃/冰塊

1. 將所有食材放入食物調理機拌勻。(如果你們和我一樣,家中只有普通果汁機,沒有大師級fancy機器也沒關係,分幾次拌勻,慢慢來,也可以打出柔順的果昔)

2. 將打好的果昔倒入可冷凍的容器中,灑上稍微烤過的胡桃,冷凍2-3小時。

3. 享用。(你根本嚐不出菠菜和酪梨的菜味和特殊味道,只會有滑順的口感,別擔心)
